This is where it all began.... back in the mists of time, musicians got together in alehouses, kitchens, living rooms, mud huts or whatever for the sheer joy of making music together. Thus Folk Music was born. This of course still happens.

There are 4 prime session spots at BunkFest this year - The Cross Keys, the Coach & Horses, the Singing Train. and the Portcullis Club Bar.

Home to continuous impromptu sessions and merrymaking. Limited disabled access.
All are welcome to bring their instruments and voices, come and join in or just sit back and enjoy the music!

Bill's Third Tuesday - the regular folk riot hosted here every month by Bill McKinnon pays a special visit to the BunkFest.

Saturday evening
Come-all-ye with Ken Cole and RamblinMinor - raise the roof with our friends from Wales and Cornwall.

Sunday lunchtime
Survivors Session (starts 12.00) - all welcome to perform, listen or just take the hair of the dog...
