Consisting of Dan Plews and Guy Fletcher, Dansmall is Dansaul's (Saul Rose/Mark Woolley) diminutive brother. Since 1994 Dan & Guy have appeared throughout Europe and the UK performing Dan's award-winning songs at festivals and music clubs. Individually their touring and recording CVs include names like Jon Boden, Eliza Carthy, Tickled Pink and Ashley Hutchings, but it's as Dansmall that they have appeared most often. Their years together may have sharpened their ear for a good tune, but their playing and communication remain intuitive and spontaneous, often resulting in onstage excitement which is immediate and contagious.
